Default Topmount with A/C & P/S compatible..anyone done it?

Currently Im driving a RHD JDM EG6, planning to go top mount with GT35R, but it seems all the top mount available out there are NOT AC and PS compatible. I know the top mount log style are available but Im NOT into that. I wish to have a long runner similar design to Full Race or equivalant but still wish to maintain my AC and PS at the same time. It s damn hot down here in Malaysia without AC so i cant live without it. Anyone out there have done any custom topmount which will go with AC and PS?pics or advice/input will be appreciated ..
Im on b20/b16 setup anyway..
Cheers!

I am pretty confident you are not going to find a top mount that keeps AC or PS, even the FullRace AC kit took a lot of time and research to keep AC and PS, and with the GT35r it barely fits, is a pain to install, and you gotta cut away some of your PS bracket and lower torque mount...I just installed this kit 2 weeks ago and it wasnt fun.

The main reason people go with topmounts is for bling or race, and in both cases AC/PS isn't needed and gets in the way. There are cast, log, and ramhorn manifolds that will do the trick, and all have proven to get past 400whp with very little problems.

I always take PS off my civics and recirculate the rack, and I find I have very little issues with turning. Its nearly impossible at a dead stop, sure, but it doesn't take much if you get the car rolling even 1/10 of a MPH.

Fullraces AC manifold is a bottom mount...turbo on the left side. If you want pics I can get you some, but there is some on Full-race website on a civic or something. Why does it have to be top mount?

yes, there are kits out there that keep PS & AC

We sell them. They are the Peakboost kits.

One is the FTW kit. They come in both the ac compatible and non-ac compatible versions

We have them on sale right now, check out this thread:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2097155

the ac compatible kit is $100 more than the other kit.

As soon as I get my Peakboost top mount manifold in I will post some pictures of the set-up. My main reason for going with the top mount vs. a ram horn is the return oil line and more top end power. I plan on taking my car to the 1/4 mile and some track events in the near future. I am not keeping A/C or P/S on my car simply because it will not fit. The non P/S thing dosen't bother me that much. When I first did my swap, I was having trouble with the P/S pump that I had got and was running no power steering on my car. I loved the way that it felt with out it. You can feel the road better and the steering input is great as well. And as far as A/C, well I haven't had that on my car for a while. Me personally, I never use my A/C unless its raining outside. For me, two windows down and the sun roof is enough A/C. Lol Hope this helps you with your decision a little bit.

ha ha, thanks. I definitely going without PS, but still need to retain my AC. Its to damn hot down here. We dont have 4 seasons. Its a tropical climate. Top mount with AC but no PS...thats what it is...i heard the power curve for top mount towards the high RPM is more consistant than ramhorn..
