my friend's has a 94 civic ex. He just got a new distrubuitor with rotor and sometime he can't start either when the car is hot or warm. What can this be? my friend tune up every 3000 mileages. He haven't replace the spark plug wire yet. I was thinking that it might be the spark plug wire or maybe the main relay.
