I think there is a thread out there that discusses just headers. It used to be stickied but now its gone.

I've made some long rambles about how to pick a header and or who and what to ask about if you want to do a very high end one.

Nobody seems to listen, they just want a spoon feeding and to hear about some magic best part that works great no matter your setup or wants/needs from it.

As I said before no such thing as best, randomly tossing on parts never helps to be nice and recover what i've said a million times is "whats your setup whats your budget what are some things you want out of it what kind of metal do you want?" Tha's just a start to picking the propper header.

Like we all said in the other thread you made about headers its all a mater of what your setup is and how deep your pockets are. I personally would recomend Bismoto, RNR,SMS, Hytech or any other well respected Header company. DO NOT GO WITH an ebay header.

DC sports is the best "bang for the buck" for the most part but if you want the best (one of anyways) header for the most power you need a Toda unit, $1,400.00 full retail. 4-2-1 design w/ unbeatable ground clearance and it made more power (by far) on my buddies car than any other bolt on header tried prev. including OEM Type R, DC 4-1, Hytech and a few others I can't remember but for direct bolt-on performance you can't beat Toda, if your broke? go w/ DC sports 4-1 or Type R replica 4-1 w/ 2.5 collector (will have less ground clearance though)
