There is no "best header," however there are headers designed to suit different forms of driving. Finding which one is best for you will require the time and effort necessary to properly research this topic rather than expect a multiverse of people to just randomly throw out names based on what they've heard works best.

there are way too many factors that play into proper header selection. you needd to factor in what displacement you have, where do yu tend to keep your RPM level at while driving, etc. etc. etc.

the4 best thing you can do is do the big ole' search and choose for yourself

be shure to keep in mind your budjet also, you can get a header that can cost upwards of 1400 bux and as cheap as 130 bux off of ebay

Hell, my header retails for $1600, and I've seen used ebay headers go for less than $100 shipped before.

I like the stock JDM header as it has a 2.25" opening at the end. I would use this all the way to a point of a change in compression in the motor. from experience a change to a header like DC and others will yield power but averaging the cost of some headers it does not seem worth the gain. the only header that seems nice is a Jdm 4-1. all the other hi dollar ones are good but you will probably only see a gain to match the money spent on it if you have a motot that it internally tweaked to ask for a header of that caliber.
