Default what's better for b18c1 T-3 garrett a/r 0.63 or 0.82

What would be better exhaust a/r for my crx with b18c1 turbo??
I bought a garrett t3/t4 with 0.70 in the front and a/r 0.63 in the back. I also bought the 0.82 a/r.
What would give me the better whp and better respond around 22 psi??
The motor is fully build with wiseco pistons, eagle rods, arp bolts from top to bottom, block guard, titanium retainers and valve springs and a ys1 cable tranny!!
Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

Well, it's a regular garret t3/t4 turbo. The front is 0.70 and I have 2 exhaust side, t-3 a/r 0.63 and 0.82. Besides that I don't know what other name it has.

50 trim, 57 trim 60 trim? sounds more like a t3/60-1 to me with the t04s compressor housing it has.

the .63 will spool quicker, .82 will make more top end power you choose.
