You're really going to have to restate the question, as it's impossible to determine what you're asking.

Honda states that 500rpm idle is acceptable, however I believe that is far too low for any car, as it would make next to no oil pressure. First thing I would check is your PCV valve. The engine gets almost 40% of its idle air from the crankcase vent, and if this valve is stuck closed, the IACV will compensate the best it can until it can no more, which most of the time isn't enough to maintain a good idle. 750rpm hot idle is a good idle.

A car should idle around 450rpm with the IACV unplugged, if it stalls when you disconnect it, I would suspect PCV. If it slowly peters out and stalls, IACV is probably clogged, unbolt and shoot brake parts cleaner in there. Also ensure that the throttle plate is not plastered with crap. if it is remove and clean it. Verify your repairs by unplugging the IACV, the car should maintain a crappy 450rpm idle without it, indicating a good PCV system.
