this is my suitation i was in the highway in 4 gear and i down shift to 3rd all od a sudden i couldnt put it in 4th, 5th gear and reverse i wondering if its my tranny that got mess up or the bearin that pop.........

 

could be a number of things. If a clutch's master/slave cylindar setup is low on fluid, it wont allow th clutch to depress all the way, causing you to have hard times getting in and out of any gear. From the sounds of your situation it may be tranny related, bad synchro or something. Im no tranny expert myself. What kind of motor are we talking about here? year? mods? more info.

is a ls motor with a b16 tranny

 

bearings bad from running low on oil, or debris has clogged the oil ports, again dry bearings.

NOT gonna be cheap!
