Default which cams for setup

im gonna be buying my friends ls block to do a ls vtec. it has factory ls crank and rods with arp bolts, acl bearings and itr pistons. im gonna be reusing my gsr head and was in debate on which cams to go with. Skunk 2 stage 1 or ctr cams. which cams would be the better choice for this setup

If you are not changing springs, I would not go larger than TYPE "R"
