for a LS? if so itr camshaft or any vtec motor camshaft is not going to work with that motor.

You can only put aftermarket cams in your head.
B20 cams aren't as aggressive (I don't think they are, anyways), and there's no other mainstream B series motor that's non-VTEC. So your only option really is aftermarket cams.
NOTE:
If you get new cams in there you're going to have to get it tuned, if you want the safest setup and the most power dyno tuning is the only way to go with that.

seriously, complete waste of money. His gains will be minimal. Most of your power from i/h/e is in your head. If it's louder, of course it's faster
