Default Fuel Pressure .

Using 370cc Injectors on my LSV (tuned) .
The FPR Gauge shows my pressure is at 40psi .

Sometimes WHILE IN IDLE . My RPM drops from .8k RPM to .4-5k RPM making my motor feels like it is about to shut off but then it pops right back to .8k RPM.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Could be anything. Try a tune up.

IACV is probably hunting for an idle, more than likely caused by a PCV valve that is sticking at certain times on you, the PCV accounts for 40% of the engine's idle air, and if it sticks closed that'll ruin your idle.

3 things, oil filter/PCV and IACV.

#1 is to clean the IACV, and apply enging oil to the O-ring afterwards, Clean both mating surfaces to remove lime corrosion
