Ok, got the stuff with insurance settled, getting 1500 for the damages that were done to my car, so I'm obviously doing everything myself minus the painting of the bumper and whatever this thing is I'm about to ask you about....



What I'm talking about is the part to the right of the EX badge under the tail light, if I am correct, it is part number 19 and 21 in the picture below, if I am wrong can someone PLEASE give me a link to the correct part on hondapartsdeals.com so I can get this stuff rolling? Thanks in advance.

 

most people call them rear filler panels, but its actually called a taillight skirt. i just say the filler panel under the taillight to make it easier.
