hey everyone im runing a dsm t25 with the internal wastegate on my d16y7.. i have a turbo xs manual boost control hooked up to it right now.. i read u can only up the boost on a internal wastegate u cant lowerer it bc its set stock at like 8.5psi? in the wastegate.. i guess my question is should i just unhook the boost controler for now and run it normal, bc i dont know if the boost controler is set up or down? im kinda new at this. if i keep the controler on thier should i just turn the boost controler all the way till it stops on the neg? or will i mess something up?.. if someone knows what im talking about lol can someone pelase help me.. thanks.
i also have a t25 and it has three levels on the actuator(internal wastegate). for 5, 7, and 9 as the max psi. does yours have that? i also have a boost controller hooked up and its working pretty well. i guess its there to really make sure that the psi is regulated even though IW has fixed readings. currently im boosting about 8.5 psi but the IW is set to 7 psi only
wat the hell i wonder why. hope this helps.

actuator is the one that pulls the "gate" open in the IW so the pressure will be released to the atmosphere. so in my t25 there are three levels of regulation settings 5,7,9 psi. simple...if i want to boost at 5psi ofcourse il set it to 5, if 7 then set it to 7... i think you get the picture. I cannot make 9psi in a 7psi setting in my IW. along this is a boost controller also so i can set my desired boost. think of it as sort of a border line. :D sori man dont have a clear shot of it! hope i explained it clearly.
