Boosted CR-V Question
I've never looked at a CR-V drivetrain and I have a couple questions. First, is the CR-V's (97-01) 4wd system strong enough to handle boost, maybe in the 220-250whp range? Second, since I'm guessing you can't use a different B series tranny and retain the 4wd, is it possible to swap out the gears to get better ratios?
If you are experienced enough yes you can change gear ratios. Please do and while you're at it give me low range too.
But as long as it's tuned GOOD the transmission will hold it as long as you don't beat on it 24/7. It won't handle drag racing without a lot of upgrades.
If you do this please do a writeup. I would like to investigate this for my cr0-v
