I know how to swap the cluster, don't worry .

I was gonna put some blue LED 194's in the cluster once I recieve it, and I was wondering how many 194's do I need to purchase for my cluster. Could anyone tell me where each location is.

I believe theres only one 194 bulb in the cluster..I just recently installed blue bulbs in my Ex cluster and there was only 1.

 

Even though it's for an eg, here's a DIY for this.

What other size bulbs will I need for my blue guages besides the 194?

 

the other bulb is a 74...... but to get full blue and a strong/decent output you should go with led flex strips. Check on Oznium for the strips and in the action shots there are a few pics of how one guy did his......
