I've recently noticied that when in the mornings when I leave for work, the first time I go up my road, the car has a wavy acceleration. It'll even do this through the day and it's alot more even when i get on the accelerator to really move. It's weird cause it's not consistent but it's there and when at WOT you can really feel it. But when you get the car up to about 4-5k rpms, it strong and smooth, no more. If you need to hear more about what I mean by "wavy" read the next paragraph. It's my 99 ex.

I can shift into 2nd after launching for the first time in the morning and when I give it more gas to go up the hill, it just feels kinda lumpy or wavy. Its not a cosistent, smooth accerelation like it was last year when I go the car. Then once the car is warmed up and I'm out in town, keeping up with traffic from a stop light, it's there as well. I'm so confused.

I've done regular maintence and just got down with a huge tune-up including timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, etc.

 

come on, someone is bound to know something that I can look into here.
