How do i know if my ecu is chipped from last owner?

just wondering if there is any way to find out if my ecu is chipped by previous owner? it is a p28 ecu with d16z6 engine.

crack it open, if you look in the lower right corner, you would see an unsolder section for a chip, it looks like this

That area will be empty if it is stock
