Just remember though, if a thief wants your car they'll take it. I had a $500 alarm on it, a club, pedal jack, kill switch on... They towed my car away and that could porbably be done with the Ravelco... I don't know... it sucks having to worry about thieves

well for that you just have to remember to turn your wheels and lock the wheel.

this is from the ravelco FAQ on their website

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by http://www.neverstolen.com/faq.html &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

WHAT HAPPENS IF A TOW TRUCK TRIES TO STEAL MY VEHICLE?

To avoid this, follow these 2 simple steps when you leave your vehicle:

1.) When you park your car, turn your wheels all the way to the left or right.

2.) Remove the Ravelco plug.

In the event a tow truck tries to steal your vehicle, the angle of the wheels will make your vehicle track in a big circle. This attracts attention . . . and no tow truck driver wants to tow a vehicle that is traveling beside him two lanes away! This will make the tow truck driver look for an easier target.!</TD></TR></TABLE>

no anti-theft device is infalible... you have to take some responsibility yourself... and just remember to do simple things to keep your car where you parked it.

waste of money and is real easy to bypass. You better off with a well installed stealth alarm and gps tracking then to buy that. IF you want to rest assure about your car. Its pertty simple and easy to keep your car if you invest the right kind of money and products. My family and friends and cc members rest assured. sayings like the one below can be put to rest. A $500 alarm will only go so far. Sorry for his loss thou.

you dont need anything installed to protect against getting towed, just turn your wheels towards the curb, and when you take our your key move the wheel and it will lock the wheels. leave it in gear, parking brake engaged, no tow...

im no security expert but this device looks like it would be good.

You can use that non working system that will not make a sound when being tampered with. Or a good alarm sytem installed correctly that will bring some type of attention to your car. Both are in the same price catogory give or take.

well then heres what you do: whenever you park your car: strip it to the frame so theres nothing left for theives to take. theyll just move along. then when you need to run to the wendys you just drop your engine back in and be on your way...
