How exactly would you do an S2k antenna conversion? Is it costly and is it hard to install? My antenna makes really funny noises when it goes down and I'd love to get rid of it.

 

i second that my antenna sucks it make mad noise

 

s2k install is easy, and shouldnt cost you more than 40$....search and you will find everything you need

 

Here's a how-to on doing the S2000 antenna. I may do it soon if mine gives out. Usually only makes noises in the winter.

I've wondered this for some time...

People have problems with thieves stealing their emblems. Does it occur to anyone that the S2000 antenna is just screwed on and could be stolen in 2 seconds?

I mean, not like it's going to be very valuable, but then neither are emblems. It's the principal of the thing.
