Default b16 head.... need advice.

i just blew up my turbo'd gsr and have decided to go all motor. i purchased a gsr block that has been blueprinted and balanced. it has a nife edged crank and has p30 (b16) pistons in it. i then purchased a 2001 jdmb16a head that is completely stock my question is is it smarter to build the valvetrain and put different cams in it or should i spend money on im tb and header considering i have a dc header and stock im and tb
