JDM type R cams in stock b-16 head
I have a Greddy 18G turbo with a stock b16 head. I was wondering if my stock head could use JDM b18c cams safely or would they be to aggressive? What would be my rev limit?

yeah u can, you dont need upgraded springs and retainers but its recommended.
Also you will need a retune to get the power out of them.
They are better thant eh b16 cams, and gsr cams.

Re: (turbotime)
you need springs and retainers if you raise the stock b16 rev limit, As you should since your engine is going to make more top end power than before.
seems like the itr cams will make more power all around when properly tuned.

ok, thanks guys just one more question. If I were to upgrade valve springs and retainers with set would be best for a 8500 rev? I was thinking ITR inner and outer intake valve springs and portflow TI ( or ITR retainers ) for the exhaust side and leaving the intake valve spring on my b16 alone.
