Did your Rota Wheels come with Hubcentric Rings?
I picked up a set of brand new Rota Grids recently and it didn't come with hub-centric rings. The center bore of the wheels are also slightly bigger than my stock wheels.
Is this normal? Should I have gotten hub-centric rings? Should the center bore of the wheels match the stock?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Mine did not come with any, either, but I bought mine off a friend.
I bought a set off eBay from Discount Tire Direct for around $30 and it definitely reduced vibration felt while driving.
only problem is the rings fit very tightly on the hubs, and they're pretty difficult to get off if I ever need to swap a stock wheel back on.

Without the rings, you're relying on the lug nuts alone to center the wheel on the hub. This doesn't always center the wheel exactly and can cause vibrations while driving. A hubcentric ring matches the wheel bore to the car's hub diameter exactly and centers it exactly before you tighten down the lug nuts.

this is what you need:

I think when you purchase them, you send DTD the info on what car you have and what wheels you have, and they will send out the correct size.
And I was wrong, only about $20 w/ shipping

No rings with my Slipstreams, but they've held up fine at 130 mph at Willow Springs. I also use them for autocross, and again, have never had any issues with vibration or lugs loosening.
My 5Zigens didn't come with hub centric rings either, and I haven't noticed any vibration under daily driving conditions.

As stated above, I never experienced any issues running with my Slipstreams without rings either. I just made sure to use the correct tapered lug nuts and to tighten them in the proper fashion, and all was well. The tapered seats of the wheels combined with tapered lug nuts serve to fully align the wheels during installation, so the rings are not a necessity.

Well, I guess I should say that I didn't really NOTICE the vibration for the first 1 1/2 years I had my Rotas. But then when I added the hubcentric rings, I DID notice a smoother ride than I had before.
for 20 bucks, why NOT get them?

That's a valid point. I am using them on the Flik Wasps I'm currently running on my GLI, but that's because Edge Racing included them as well as the new lugs I needed for the installation all in one package. Excellent service.
