hi i am new and i need help with mi integra b18b1.

Default hi i am new and i need help with mi integra b18b1.

hi my engine is fully rebuilt all the parts are new,when i start the engine in the morning he sounds very ugly like no lubrication but the sound is for 1 second and then shut off,if somebody has the same problem one day or know how to fix please help.
the oil press is 80psi cold and like 15psi hot.

Your engine is fully built for what spec?? stock, n/a, boost and who did the job???

mi engine is fully rebuilt stock with litle mods for boost,i have all the turbo parts but i am waiting to resolve this problem first.and the job was done by my cousin here in P.R.

you can try running an oil additive such as lucas oil stabilizer or running a thicker weight oil to see if it bumps your oil psi up a bit, but 15 psi is much too low. Maybe a new oil pump?

my oil pump is new but is not the genuine is american aftermarket,i gonna try with a oil additive and new oil but what number of oil is good for this engine,my friend recomended to me 20w50 but i think is gonna be to heavy.

20w-50 is way too heavy, i'd go 10w-40

mine kinda sounds like that.....like as soon as i start it it sounds like there is no oil in the head....but it only does it for a half of a second or so....it only does it when its cold....i think it has somethin to do with oil getting up there.....my friends integra does the same thing....an hes runnin on 212,XXX miles so it cant be bad lol

but my engine now have like 200 miles and the sound is in the block like in the crankshaft not in the head and thats my fear.but i whant to know how much is the oil pressure in other integras.
