ive seen dynos on this product. However a few ppl decribe the difference as smoother. How does this feel on the butt dyno ?

lol

butt dyno says with out the filter on it feels way more throttle responsive and feels a little more free revving though out the power band

if you're daily driven, and you believe in miracles, go ahead and run it without the filter.
