I have already been to that site. but after reading It i was still confused
ok well basically you can use all the integra mounts but on the driver's side mount, it depends if its a 2 bolt design or a 3 bolt design on the bracket. torque mounts are virtually the same, you can use the stock rear mount and the tranny side use the integra

other people have told me that I need to change the rear mount. Or were they talkin about the bracket
If you read my side notes concerning the rear mount, your question will be answered. Leave the black bracket on the drivers side of the block alone. You do not need to change that. The mount and bracket are two different parts, they do not need to both be changed. Just the mount. Do not take the bracket off of your block.
See the two nuts on the drivers side mount? Those bolts that they are attatched to are attatched to the drivers side bracket. All you need to do is take those two nuts off, take the motor mount bolt out (the one that connects the motor to the frame) then replace the mount, put the mount bolt back in, put the mount over the two bolts coming out of the block bracket, and put the nuts back on.
