HID's dont reflect right in the factory civic housings. You get a splotchy light array, with uneven bright and dark spots.

I've used two differen't hid pnp kits and hated both of them. Anyone who knows anything about lighting can tell the minute they drive with them the lighting is worse than factory.

PNP hid's in a halogen housing just plain suck, there's no getting around it.

Dont know if you guys have the same problem.. iam running 12000k HIDS in stock housing (No elite HID convo) but when it gets foggy... my hids actually light up the fog.. not cut through it..
do you guys have the same problem? do projectors fix this ? cheers

No, proper lighting will fix that. Anything above 6k will just make fog worse.

Projectors just change the pattern/cutoff.

Read the lighting FAQ in Eran's sig. You won't want pnp HID's anymore.

Plug n' Play.
They plug right in with an adaptor to your stock light plug, all you have to do is put the bulbs in basically.

HID's in a halogen housing are illegal throughout the united states.

even projector retrofits are technically illegal, but they're way safer than pnp kits.
