I have 00 gsr that i took the motor out of a year ago. Anyways there is about 3/4 of a tank of gas in it and when i put my k20 in there i don't want to run it with that **** in there.

1. how do i drain the gas?
2. what do i do with it once its out?
3. will i need to clean out the fuel lines?

thanks for any help someone can give me.

Part 59 is the drain plug.

Using the plug could create a major fire hazzard. I would try to siphon the gas from the fuel fill neck. Get a kerosene pump and some gas cans. Run the gas in a mower.

I got a syphon off of ebay for like 12 bucks shipped. Worked like a charm. Few pumps and it empties itself. LMK and I'll get you the link.

Syphon it and blow it up! haha just kidding.

Give it to someone who needs gas? Or auction it off on eBay. With gas prices this high you should get a few buyers haha.
