Jenny I need your help...
Both my teg and I need to go on a jenny craig program(me being 6'4" and weighing in at 200lbs plus my teg's factory 26 hundred some odd pounds). I was wondering what do most of you guys out there do to drop some weight off of your tegs?
I already have removed the complete ac system, and the back seats. I wanted to keep the front fully stock(panel wise). I was gonna kill the rear spoiler, and take out the rear wiper, with the motor and stuff, but what else is there? Should I also do a s2k antenna conversion, and take out the factory motor? Just lookin for some options. Thanks alot.

Remove any little bits you don't need, it all adds up. Washer fluid container, tow hooks, the factory muffler weighs heaps if it's old. If you don't want a stereo you can get rid of all the wiring, mounts etc. Maybe a smaller battery, remove carpet from boot, no spare tyre or jack.

diet pills for you. and i heard a lighter flywheel drops massive weight. Due to the fact that its rotating mass or somethin. Guess its the Gyroscope effect, lol.

start by taking out all your seats, then taking out your carpet (it's easiest to make two small cuts to clear the EBreak and Dash, unless you want to unbolt those metal brackets the carpet is snagged around. Then, on a cold night (wait, it's summer! doh. go to harris teeter or wherever you can buy Dry Ice and get about 5 or 10 pounds. The more the merrier.) Work one spot at a time and apply the crushed dry ice on the sound deadening tar. it will start popping as it cracks free from the metal floorboard. Use a big flat-head or a pry bar, or preferably a scraper, to chisel away the chunks of tar. If you get it cold enough, you can take it off in pretty huge pieces which makes for a cleaner look. Once you get it ALL off, your car will have lost about 20 pounds (assuming it's a coupe since you have/had a rear wiper.. by the way, car looks much cleaner without the goofy useless wiper). Good luck.

Yeah, ditch your wipers, clock, stereo, carpet, seats, glass, etc. And to complete that ghetto econobox look, wear ragged clothing and no shoes so you look like a hobo while driving it.
You might as well replace your Acura emblems with Kia emblems, because that's about the resale value and comfort level you'd have.
Invest in power adding mods rather than ruining your car.
My '97 LS w/ I/H/E and a bunch of crap in the trunk was able to beat a '99 LS w/I/E and gutted interior. That '99 LS ran a 16.6 in the 1/4 mile which is a respectable time for a LS at 5800ft (equivilent to about 15.5 at sea level). But, just my DC 4-2-1 Header was more than enough to make up for his weight reduction.
Spend $300 on a header, or lower your car's comfort level to that of a golf cart and reduce your it's value by like $1000+... Hmm, I wonder which is a better choice.

yeah, good suggestion on the a/c. didn't think about that. most ppl remove a/c when they put the turbo on, but not everyone... just depends how outrageous you are going i guess. as for the value of the car going down for stripping the sound deadening... you can (and prob will) put the carpet back over the floorboars so nobody would even know but you.
Some people take the front and rear bumper supports out , that reduces quite a bit of weight, but if someone taps you in traffic, it can be worse than it should be.
At least those you can bolt right back on.
BTW~ I agree with power Adders rather than reduce weight, or at least just going as far as taking things off that you can always put back in.
