Default d16z6..putting on a y8 header and b18b tb?

kk a y8 header should fitt perfectly find on my d16z6 right? and i wanted to get a new tb from a used bseris for my z6, what tb should i go? b16a or b18b? and can i keep my cruise controll? ty for imput!!!

You'll need to port match your intake manifold to notice any gains.

On a mostly stock motor the only thing you'll notice is a little more throttle response.
