Acura will not start

My 88 Legend was stored for 2 yrs. I charged battery but it won't start. headlights work, dash lights come on, when I connect battery the horn starts to click and beep just a little. there is a small light with the word security that is glowing. the only way I can make it go out or stop the horn from clicking is to disconnect battery. Is there some type of security reset? please help,the city says I must be able to move car.

So why not offer some useful advice then?

Sounds like the battery is shot. Bring that bitch in to a service center and have them do a load test on it.
