Default easy fix?

Car was rear ended. The taillights were replaced already. Would the quarter panel be an easy fix? Ive never done body work but down to try. Would this be something a noob would be aable to pop out and bondo? Would I be able to get the dent removed and painted for under $200?

Depends on how bad the dent is. You said you were rear ended, is the quarter panel buckled? If it's buckled you may need to get it on a frame machine and pull it. You may have frame rail and rear body panel damage. If it's just a regular dent, of course you could fix it yourself. Just read up on body repair, and make sure you have the right tools for the job.
