DTC P0420 catalyst efficiency below threshold
i ask about a check engine light a few weeks ago...i finally went to a near by autozone and borrowed a scanner to check for the diagnostic code for the my MIL, it gave a P0420 code which is catalyst efficiency below threshold...now will the MIL or Check engine light go away if i get my self an o2 simulator or defouler..if so, will somebody please give a me a link to a site or online store where i get an o2 simulator or defouler..any help will be well appreciated...

Usually yes. If you have performance exhaust installed and the CEL comes on, a defouler will usually fix it.
You will have to have the codes cleared after installing it.

Aye, it's not the exhaust, but it more than likely is the DCRH. Especially since it's talking about the cat (catalytic converter) specifically in the error code.
Get a Spark Plug Defouler and modify it for the Rear sensor so it sticks out futher from the header's piping. If you do a search on here, there's information on how to do exactly that.
