how good is this chiped p28 skunk 2 ecu on a type r motor w/ b16 tranny with some falken tire (not drag radials) on the 1/4 mile??

purchased programs on chips are worth nothing. Chances are really good that it will run the engine rich and the timing advanced.

get a real tuner to tune the car, then worry about pushing it hard down the 1/4 mile.

guessing... with a decent driver... 14s
