need quick help

removing my timing belt and trying to loosen the spring tensioner. Is the 14mm bolt the only thing to loosen? I cant seem to get it loose at all. This is on a ls engine.

Yes, the tensioner need loosened.

what is the best way to loosen the bolt?

you dont loosen the bolt there is a little spot on the tenssioner that a socket wrench fits into i think its a 1/4" socket wrench
