sorry to hear that. but why would you buy a car from a guy that didnt have the title in his hand? Also if you bought the car and you have the car right? You can go to the DMV and get a rebuilt title for like 50 bucks or something like that.

 

If he truely is/was your friend then you know where he lives and you know his friends. Tell his friends what happened and see if they could help, if not go to his house and kick him in the groan.

I could care less if you're telling the truth or not, but you really should proof-read your posts, especially when accusing someone of theft/scamming.
