Default A little confused on bearing for my engine....

alright, so i have to rebuild an LS block, due to being sold a piece of **** motor...The bearings look like they could be replaced, but i'm a little unclear about what to order. Should i just order all the same size rod and main bearings, and then clearance them...and if they are out of spec you just order the correct ones?

measure using plastigauge with the old bearings? or measure using micrometers and doing the math? my dad is a machinist so he has lots of expensive measuring tools
