for a sportier ride, H&R.
For a good ride, neuspeed.

I was just ****** about the neuspeed.
If anything, I think H&R and neuspeed are the same dam spring.
All their springs offer the same drop.

ohhh gotcha didnt really pay attention to nuespeed just the name sounds cheesy to me but yeah im thinkin about the Teins, im not gunna be racing auto cross or anything just want a more aggressive look and a little stiffer in the corners.

H&R for autocross, i believe it's stiffer.. tein for slight drop and smoother ride.

I have had H&R springs for years and they are what I will choose for all my cars.

I have s-tech on my 97 accord, decently low drop. Its bouncy but not uncomfortable. I like em. for a good priced set of lowering springs.

s-tech are a more significant drop than h&r sport. i think the h&r race and s-tech's are about equal. h&r sport is more around the drop of tein h-tech. this is for 5th gen though not sure about 4th.
