The R is runing like ass!
What would cause this to happen? When I hit 2 to 3 thousand RPM my cars start to lag like it has no power. When I'm in third gear it like there is no power, when I hit Vtech it is kind of mild. I have a VAFC in the car but it is set to stock setting. When I took my car to the Dealer today they said my car was running to rich and the my Spark plug need to be change and if I change them and got rid of the VAFC my car would be back to normal. Would the spark plug cause my car to run that bad. I going to change the plug tomorrow so I find out if it is that.
im betting the vafc is the problem , either bad tuning or bad install . esp since they said about the fuel
another thing that can do that though is the o2, but they prob would have caught that

I forgot to put when I was at the dealer they check the O2 and it was fine. The fuel setting are set to 0 on the VAFC. The VAFC has been in the car a good while but for the past week and a half my car has ran like *** and as each day passes it get worse.
So you think if I take out the VAFC or maybe get it tuned the car will run fine.

no make sure that your sensor setting on the vafc is 6 in and 6 out, and that the throttle is at 10%low and 50%high. And that the throttle setting is 4 with the arrow pointing up.
Without a doubt it is the vafc. Check all connections because my car went into open-loop mode and started dumping fuel into the motor when a connection on my sfc-vtec came loose.

I can't stress this enough...SOLDER is your friend. Crimp connections no matter how tight will eventually come loose or oxidation will get in-between the wires and you'll have a bad contact.
-Tommy who had to re-wire his alarm cause the idiot who installed it just used the twist and tape method.
