Default replacing main bearings, any suggestions while i'm down there?

I'll be replacing my main bearings soon, and am wondering what you guys think I should do while the motor is out.

Definitely all main bearings (spun #3)
Clutch
Timing belt
Front and rear main seals
Rod bearings?
Any head/block work?

I guess I can do rod bearings too, just to add a little security. They do look fine though. I don't know if I will be keeping the car or not, most likely will. Probably going to keep it mostly stock NA. Working with about a $500 budget here, so let me know what you guys think.

Thanks

if you spun a main, i would have the crank and block checked out professionaly.

take out the balencer shafts and switch to a manual tensioner if applicable. Replace water pump if needed.

i'm having the crank checked definitely, it looks fine but i'm having it polished/balanced.

why the block? the spun bearing has mild damage, i mean it's spun, but not shredded to pieces where i have to worry about chunks of metal in the motor.

i am however flushing my oil system of course.

because if the bearing spun, it will usually eat some aluminum from the block. you will have to check the line bore.

ok, i think i get you.

line bore would be i'm guessing the "trueness" of where the crank sits?
