Default some one help gas psi up to 80

i recently put an ls back into my integra now my gas psi is upto 80 wat can possilby be wrong with it i already got a fuel pressure regulatit wont help i change gas pump in filter syill wont work it idles good but when im 3000 or 4000 rpm it sputurs

I did a search and found that it could be a few things.
One person said that his main raley caused this, I think its a stretch, but maybe, you never know.

Are you having a problem with vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator?
What kind of FPR are you using?
