ya i finally got my b16 running after finding out it was the injectors but not having a o2 sensor in it or knock sensor can that mess up anything badly?

and another question i do have ls knock and o2 i was going to put in my b16 but can someone link me a diagram of the ls and the b16 where the knock and o2 sensor is.
