Default clutch question

my car has been eating cluches and i am needing a new one and i was woundering what is a good cluch to pic up. i am looking to spen around 400-500 canadian due to the fact that am **** broke. so any imput would be great.
i have a 91 integra.

It depends on how much power/torque the car is making. Clutches are rated by how much torque they can hold. Is the car stock? Have any plans in the future? This will help us out, then we can make some suggestions.

if its stock, or near stock, exedy stage 1 is good.

If you have something thats a little more upgraded, get a higher rated clutcfh... I have an ActXTSS and I loev it.
