is this a good clutch and do you guy think this would be good for a 260whp and 240wtq setup on a turboed jdm dohc f22b

CM Stage 3 is a nice clutch that engages like stock and holds a decent amount of torque. That said, I don't know how much torque a stock F22 puts down, but if you're making 240lb ft it might be close to the "110% over stock" limit that CM rates the Stage 3 at.
