Check for fuel- when you turn the key on, do you hear the fuel pump prime? Crack the fuel line at the filter. Does it have pressure(it should spray out)
Check for spark- pull a plug wire, pull a plug. Stick the plug in the end of the wire and ground it. Crank the car over. Is it sparking?
These are your best starting points(assuming it has gas in it).

I have to get another fuel pump from junkyard, because it won't run, I do have spark. tried sprying starting fluid through rail, and it still won't try to start. When I check the spark plug there is oil around the nut part. Do u think that the engine is bad. Thank you

If there is no pressure, then your pump is not working. Maybe you have an electrical issue.

I got another fuel pump, wired it to the battery and it started, however I still don't have power at the plug for the pump. The pump rely clicks, when I put a test light to it, it lights up. I wish somone would tell me excatly where the prolem lies. I been working on it for awhile.
I do have power at the fuel sending unit, so i'm going to check for a short. do u or anyone know how the wire is routed. it would be greatly apprecited. Thank you
mmmm no.. im not sure how its routed but... it should go back along the drivers side till you get to the seat and then i think it just goes straight over to the pump... i think hope this helps
far as i can tell the wire runs under the body, but not sure where it comes up through the floor and hookes into to the ones that run along it from pass side to drivers side.
