Need help with my 2001 GS-R!
Ok so i am new to honda , i just sold my 92 MR2 turbo and got my self a really nice
black 2001 integra GS-R wit a B18C1 fully tuned.It has JE pistons(low compresion) , Eagle rods,Skunk 2 camshfat ,skunk2 cam gears,racing valves,skunk 2 intake manifold,DC 4-1 header,AEM fuel rail, nitro oxide system,AEM fuel regulator,Some racing clutch,some intrax suspension and many other stuff.My main 2 questions are, 1-How much HP could i have to the wheels?
2-What are some nice high compresion pistons for the B18c1??
Thx for the replies!!

Since your set-up isn't stock it is hard to say what kind of power your integra can/is/should be putting out.
Low compression lowers the horsepower, but the NOS bumps that back up when the happy button/juice is being used.
There are too many variables.
compression ratio
how big are the NOS jets.
Just get a baseline done and check the a/f ratios while your there to make sure it is tuned properly for the current set-up.

wow you must be really optimistic
i say no more than 180whp without the juice

I was thinking the same thing...
Even breaking the 200whp mark with high compression pistons is somewhat hard..
190-200 would be REALLY hard to obtain especially with low comp pistons...
I would say figures are no more than 180.. probably quite a bit less than that.

oh, i know. I'm assuming the pistons are probably 9.0:1, just because theyre low comp.
It just seems like a lot of the mods dont help that much... valves have nothing to do with power, the dc sports header isnt going to help either. so it probably isnt making all that much power.
go to a place with a dyno and do a few pulls to check it out.
