Default State Reff

Hey guys whats up, well about a month ago i got my 88 hatch state reffed, the cop put the sticker on the back of the ticket and all that...He said i couldn't drive it anymore after that day, but i was wondering if there is any way my car will pass with 2" piping & megan headers. I have a single cam zc and i changed the intake box back to stock. I was wondering if i could just go pay a fine at the local pd & get it illegally smogged or do i have to take it to state reff?

It looks like you've been tagged so the state ref is your only solution. Take it the first time and they'll tell you what you need done so at least you have something to work on...til it's legal to drive again.
