smog b20 ecu swap to pass!! possible

so my soon to be hatch with b20 gsr head VTEC i know this guy that does dirty, but cant i just take it to a normal place!! and swap the ecu from the 95 civic coupe ex. or is there another hmmm plus the guy charges 150 and im not mr ballin hella money. so is it possible

a b20 will never pass because it is a light truck engine

Damn. I miss smog checks. NOT!
Sounds like you gonna have to go the "Dirty" route. What is it every 2 years? I forget, Moved out of Cali 17 years ago.
