idle problem after turbo.

hey everyone, i recently swapped in a semi built a6 and turbocharged it.
when the car reaches operating temperature, the cel will flicker once, and then the idle will bounce between 1-2k.
when i unplug the map sensor, and the cel stays on, it will idle at 1100rpm, with no signs of an erratic idle.
ive been told i have a vacuum leak, so ive been trying to find it, will a vac leak only show once it reaches operating temp? is that possible?
i have a hondata im gasket, and a d16y8 im, and have all of the nipples properly blocked off, or have a vac hose on tight with a ziptie.
have checked everywhere for a leak, i just replaced my tb gasket last night (which i thought may be the cause) but it still does it.
i tried my stock ecu for a sec to see if it does the same thing, and it does.
i bled my coolant twice, and have no air bubbles.
is my map sensor bad?
what could cause the problem to only appear when the engine is warm?

i did have my bov coming from the tb, and it was fluttering. i hooked it up to a better vac source, and now its perfect, so the bov is fine.
anyone else?
