b16 wont start getting spark and fuel wont start.??

b16 wont start getting spark and fuel wont start.??
the crx b16 got it is getting fuel and spark but it wont crank.. spray starter fluid to crank it it will pop but wont stay cranked. i have no clue any suggestions? or does anyone know why it is doing this?
