energy suspension trailing arm bushings
there is a tool to do them that makes it extremely easy to do. i do them at work on an overhead lift with an air hammer to remove the old ones and 2 pairs of vice grips a big socket made for 4wd and a big hammer, takes 20mins per side and no dissasembly needed.

and what everyone else isnt telling you.....
you need to take out your oem messed up bushings and burn out all the rubber to get the metal pin and ring, because you need to use if for the ES bushings. this is an extreme pain in the ***. ive done it. then... if you get this far...you gotta press the ES bushings into that ring...GOOD LUCK.
if you get that far, the rest is easy. and if you plan on dong this without taking the trailing arm off the car...you need the special tool, because without it...its impossible, unless ur like superman or something. its called a honda trailing arm bushing tool...hard to find...ebay has em sometimes, and theyre like $150.
good luck man....
overall, id say the ES bushings aint worth it. unless youre gonna use the car for road racing only. at high speeds around turns, if you hit a bump, its easier to lose your rear end,
well good luck.
ohh...this will be very helpful...
