d16z6 timing

I have a question I have searched but I need a quick answer.

When doing the timing is the crank supposed to be set at the 1 line or in the middle of the 3 lines?

im pretty sure its the white line but im up to know for sure as well... anyone else?

Its been a wile, I think those 3 ligns are something else
